Corporate Strategy

Corporate Strategy facilitates the development of corporate plans and strategies which set strategic directions and priorities across the Department's groups and portfolios. It supports this through corporate business planning and reporting, coordinating risk strategies,overseeing the Department's governance arrangements and audit programs and regulatory reform initiatives, as well as an inclusion framework and plan. Corporate Strategy also coordinates the Victorian Government's Timor Leste program and the Asia Pacific Office of Metropolis.
