Department of Primary Industries

The Department of Primary Industries (DPI) is responsible for agriculture, fisheries, earth resources, energy, forestry, game hunting and pet ownership in Victoria. Due to the changes announced by Premier Denis Napthine on 9 April 2013, this section of the directory will be progressively updated. From 1 July 2013 the Department of Sustainability and Environment and the Department of Primary Industries will form the Department of Environment and Primary Industries (DEPI).
