Duldig Studio. Making Monsters! Clay Holiday workshop – Design and make monsters in clay with Duldig Studio's Sculptor-in-Residence, Stefan Damschke! Learn the techniques of making sculptures in a real artist's studio. Suitable for ages 7+. 23 - 24 January 2017 from 10:30am - 12:00pm. Cost: $70.00 for two classes (Materials included, but firing at an additional cost).

Duldig Studio. Transforming art! From life drawing to character design workshop – A new two-day workshop with illustrator and published author, Tull Suwannakit. Day 1 covers line, form and movement using Karl Duldig’s sculptures as an inspiration. On Day 2 students transform their life drawing into imaginative characters through the development of a design, looking at form/function, style and personality using lines, pattern, textures and colours. Extend Before and After School Care - Open to primary school aged children, the holiday programs run according to a daily timetable of structured activities based on arts and crafts, sports, team games, cooking, science, construction, problem solving, dance and drama. Itsy Bitsy Chef - The Spring in September holiday program is a fun hands on and engaging cooking experience for kids aged 5-13 years old. Come and join the fun in the kitchen where the Menu is always new and exciting! Your child will have the opportunity to learn invaluable skills and enjoy the fruits of their work with their friends, then take home the rest of the spoils to their loved ones.

Jacican Food Studio – Every school holidays, Jacican Food Studio opens its doors to the next generation of chefs. Primary aged children learn the skills to make a variety of dishes. Kids in the Kitchen classes include Baking, Make Your Own Lunch and the ever popular Lolly class. Classes run 16- 19 January 2016 from 8:30am - 12:30pm or 1:00pm - 5:00pm. Cost: $42.00 per class. Children are welcome to do a morning and afternoon class on the same day and are supervised during the time between the two classes. The children take home their own cookbook full of the recipes they have cooked during the class. Come along and learn how to make a meal!

ArtVo Immersive Gallery at Harbourtown Melbourne – A new interactive 3D art or otherwise known as Trick Art Museum – the first of its kind in Australia. Wind in the Willows - Join Ratty, Mole, Badger, Otter, Portly and, of course, Mr Toad, as they return to the Royal Botanic Gardens, Melbourne this summer, bringing to life Kenneth Grahame's immortal story of life on the riverbank. Tickets on sale soon!

Science and Engineering

Club Engineer - Build and program robots with Lego Mindstorms, Write then play your own computer games. Club Engineer teaches tech-savvy kids, teens and young adults engineering principles through robotics and game programming. The junior program is for students from year five to year seven and prepares them for entering the Robocup Rescue competition. The middle and senior school programs are for students from year eight and beyond and teaches game programming using a variety of commercial languages and tools. All course-ware is available online for free for those who cannot make it to a face-to-face session.

e2 Young Engineers – Hands-on LEGO® Challenge workshops where students build educational motorized models like amusement park rides, aircraft, transportation vehicles, cranes etc. Through the use of exciting experiments and building originally designed LEGO® bricks models that illustrate Science and Engineering topics your child will have FUN while improving creativity, concentration, visual-spatial and social skills just to name a few. Out Beyond School Holiday Camps – A unique youth development organisation specialising in outdoor education, eco-tourism and adventure travel, Out Beyond runs school holiday camp programs in Melbourne and Regional Victoria for students from all around the world. The camps are designed to be fun, safe, student-led experiences in unique outdoor educational and recreational environments. Camps are usually 7 days, however longer holiday camps span multiple destinations and continents and run for up to 21 days.

Academy of Interactive Entertainment – Industry Day – AIE's Industry Experience Days are a great opportunity to learn about the local and international game development, 3D animation and visual effects industries. Students will get the opportunity to learn about the different pathways to get into the industry, what should be in a portfolio and will be able to get creative in practical workshops using industry-standard 3D animation and game development tools.

Chisholm Institute

Code It Yourself – These coding camps for kids are an opportunity to learn the basics of computer coding and game creation or 3D printing & design. MacBook Air laptops are provided for you to work on but you can continue your projects at home on your PC if you want to.

MakerDojo - A comprehensive school holiday program of making, creating, electronics and coding. Suitable for ages 7+. Venue: Bialik College.

Meet IT Technology Academy – CodeCamp introduces kids aged 7 – 12 to programming in an enjoyable and fun environment.
