This exhibition of various artworks and approaches from the Mixed media arts group is facilitated by artist Robert Mangion at the Hunt Club CAC. 'Real' examines the relation visual arts has to the photographic image in locating new ideas about social realism in contemporary culture.
The work investigates the implications of visual representation within the social sphere at a time of hyper sensitivity relating to a host of concerns from contemporary Feminism to the suburban Diaspora.
