An independent public company, the AER (Alcohol Education and Rehabilitation) Foundation is charged with addressing prevention, treatment, research and rehabilitation for the misuse of alcohol and paint, petrol and glue sniffing. It works with governments, organisations and local communities to identify responses to key issues, funding organisations and individuals running programs within those local communities.
