Family violence (Child, Youth and Families, Department of Human Services, Victoria)
Help is available for those who have experienced family violence. Family violence includes not only physical injury but direct or indirect threats, sexual assault, emotional and psychological torment, economic control, damage to property, social isolation and any behaviour which causes a person to live in fear.

Reducing Violence Against Women and Children Grants (Community Crime Prevention, Victoria)
Eight projects across Victoria are being funded to help reduce violence against women and their children. These one-off Reducing Violence against Women and their Children (RVAWC) grants of up to $600,000 each over three years will support primary prevention and early intervention focused partnership projects.
