About VICTAC

Victorian Information and Communications Technology Advisory Committee (VICTAC) is leading the development of the draft ICT strategy.

Terms of reference

VICTAC is assisting the Government in providing a practical and actionable, forward looking approach to the development and use of ICT by government. The committee will provide advice to the Assistant Treasurer on the most efficient use of ICT within the Victorian Government. The first task of the committee is to oversee the development of a whole of Victorian Government ICT strategy.

Membership 

The committee is composed of a broad and balanced representation of Victorian Government CIOs and industry representatives. Committee members collectively possess a thorough understanding of a wide range of issues relevant to the government.
