Justices of the Peace - Honorary Justices (Department of Justice, Victoria)

Justices of the Peace - (Honorary Justices) and Bail Justices are appointed to serve a semi-judicial function in all areas of the Victorian community. The main official roles they play in the Victorian community include witnessing statutory declarations, witnessing affidavits, hearing bail matters outside court hours (Bail Justices only).
