Friday 30 July - Free travel on public transport

Travel on Metro (and tram and metropolitan bus) will be free on Friday 30 July. Yearly, monthly and weekly ticket holders will be able to apply for a free daily ticket as compensation for the disruptions on Tuesday 27 July. Please complete one of the following forms to claim (Metro travel only):
- myki Claim Form (PDF, 709KB, 1 page)
- Metcard Claim Form (PDF, 750KB, 1 page)
(These documents requires the use of Adobe Acrobat Reader).
Claims will be accepted up to Tuesday 7 September 2010.
Please note, this is a different form and process to applying for monthly compensation. Information on compensation for July will be available on the Metro website on 10 August.
