New Online Contacts & Services Directory

Contacts and Services DirectoryInformation Victoria gets asked a lot of questions. And some of the most frequently asked questions go along the lines of:

"What is the email address for my member of parliament?"

"What is the address for the Supreme Court of Victoria?"

"What department looks after the Water and Sewerage Rates Concession?"

"Where can I apply for a game hunting licence?"

Now the answers to all those questions, and more, are available online in the new Contacts & Services Directory.

The directory is driven by a powerful database so that up-to-date details are dynamically published online as soon as departmental teams make changes.

The Contacts & Services Directory is designed to be easy to use and features:

  • Maps;
  • Improved search
  • Quick links to most requested contacts (Premier and Cabinet);
  • A-Z links to Government services and websites;
  • Easy to navigate tabbed structure to get quickly to the section of government you need; and
  • The ability to print the page/s you need.

Try it at www.vic.gov.au/directory and drop us a line if you'd like to give us some feedback.
