      The ex-HMAS Canberra dive site is the first artificial reef specifically created for diving in Victoria. It lies in approximately 28 metres of water, with the top of the mast about 5 metres below the surface at low tide. The site provides opportunities for divers with varying levels of experience and certification, from open water level certificates to advanced wreck divers, to enjoy this site.

      Each year, the Blond Bay Hog Deer Advisory Group conducts a ballot to select hunters to hunt for free-ranging Hog Deer on Blond Bay State Game Reserve or on sections of the Boole Poole Peninsula. Applications for the ballot to hunt Hog Deer in 2015 opens 1st August 2014 and closes last mail 30th November 2014.

It is important that hunters act responsibly while hunting, as well as encouraging the rest of the community to do the right thing. Do not tolerate illegal or irresponsible behaviour.

      Help protect your recreation by reporting alleged hunting-related offences. Suspected offences can be reported to your local DEPI office, or by telephoning the GMA on 136 186.
