      The licence holder of an eligible taxi-cab licence may apply to the Taxi Services Commission (TSC) for authority to assign to an accredited licence operator, the right to operate a vehicle under the taxi-cab licence (if the conditions of the licence state that it can be assigned) in accordance with section 150 of the Transport (Compliance and Miscellaneous) Act 1983 (Vic).

      If you are the owner of two or more vehicles or vessels you can apply to have the expiry dates of the registrations changed to have all registrations fall due on the same day. This is known as common expiry. A changed expiry date can only come into effect after a vehicle/vessel's current registration period has expired. To apply for this option, two or more vehicles/vessels must be registered in your name or a company name.
