Get involved
'Look deep into nature, and then you will understand everything better.' Albert Einstein
We need nature, and nature needs us.
The soothing sound of a river, the calming colours of a forest or the feel of dirt between your fingers, spending time in nature feels great. And the more time we spend in nature, the more we see the need to care for it.
Research shows that immersing in nature can lower your stress levels, reduce your blood pressure and boost your mood. So, embrace your wild side and walk in Victoria’s gorgeous landscapes, get up close to native wildlife, learn from Traditional Owners about caring for Country and discover how to become a citizen scientist.
