Women's Board Leadership Program - 3 women in front of computer

Women's Board Leadership Program

The Women’s Board Leadership Program is a program designed to encourage more women to serve on community and government boards. The initiative has been established in response to findings from Safe and Strong – A Victorian Gender Equality Strategy, which identifies the need to support women into leadership positions to enable a pipeline of new women board members and to enhance gender representation in decision making.

We are working closely with Leadership Victoria and the Australian Institute of Company Directors to deliver a board leadership program that offers a tailored approach and a range of options for women to participate.

Applications for the program are now closed.
