To protect the public, architects must conduct themselves in a professional manner and comply with a range of legal obligations. The ARBV may investigate an architect's conduct.
Prohibited conduct for Victorian architects
The Act provides that some conduct is prohibited regardless of whether someone is an architect or not. People who engage in that conduct may be prosecuted by the ARBV.
