The Victorian Government has resumed online consultation for the next state disability plan and wants to hear from people with disability. These consultations will also include opportunities to have your say on the upcoming review of the Disability Act (2006).

The forums begin 31 March 2021 and will cover a range of topics including coronavirus (COVID-19), emergency response and preparedness, changes to the Disability Act (2006), health and wellbeing and community inclusion.

There will also be a dedicated forum for people from rural and regional communities. This will replace forums that were cancelled in 2020 due to COVID-19 restrictions.

For more information, including a supplementary consultation paper or to register, visit the state disability plan website or call 1300 880 043.
