Grants Victoria is a directory of Victorian Government grants and assistance. Here you’ll find general information about grants and assistance for individuals, businesses and communities that can help you:

  • fund ideas and initiatives;
  • develop local and national solutions;
  • get assistance in times of hardship; and
  • access further information.

Victorian Government includes Departments, statutory authorities and government business enterprises.

Grants include funding programs, individual grants, fellowships and scholarships.

Assistance includes help or support in various forms for example, government concessions, such as the seniors card and the winter gas concession, goods, such as water saving rebates and shower heads, or funds,  such as the community safety fund grant, for citizens of Victoria.

    • Public Sector Innovation Fund
      Public Sector Innovation Fund

      The Public Sector Innovation Fund is designed to drive new, more effective solutions to complex policy and service delivery challenges in Victoria.

      The Innovation Fund is open to applications from any organisation working with or within the Victorian public sector. Projects must involve a state government partner (department, agency or statutory body).

      By providing grants ranging from $50,000 - $400,000 we support collaborative, small-scale projects that test new approaches to deliver better outcomes for Victorians.

      All projects will be assessed using the following criteria: strategic fit, innovation, value and potential to scale or replicate.

      Recreational Fishing Grants Program - Large Grants Program

      This program provides funding for projects in the following categories:

      Preference will be given to projects that leverage off other projects, and/or which some financial co-funding or in-kind contribution can be made by the project proponent(s) to the funds being sought.

      Regional Health Infrastructure Fund - Round 3

      The Victorian Government has established the Regional Health Infrastructure Fund as part of its commitment to better health for people in rural and regional Victoria. The May 2018 Victorian State Budget allocated an additional $50 for Round 3 Regional Health Infrastructure Fund (2018-19). This allocating brings the total Regional Health Infrastructure Fund to $250 million.

      The Regional Infrastructure Fund (RIF) is the main infrastructure program of the Regional Jobs and Infrastructure Fund (RJIF).
