Whether you need technical or publishing support, Single Digital Presence (SDP) manages all requests through our Service Desk. This helps us track and manage requests in a timely way.
SDP support

Editors and approvers seeking support are encouraged to check the SDP content and CMS guides as a first approach.
You can also reach out to the SDP community any time, we have a variety of channels for all members to seek and provide support to each other. Learn more on the Innovation Network SDP community
You can also book time with a content designer from the SDP publishing team to discuss:
- development of new content
- creating a digital publication
- digital inclusion and accessibility failures

Publishing standard time frames
The Single Digital Presence publishing hours are 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday.
Content updates on vic.gov.au will be published within 2 business days from the time of request.
Larger updates, such as publications or multiple pages, may take longer to be published due to the nature of the quality checking.
Urgent requests
For urgent out of hours responses for coronavirus.vic.gov.au or Single Digital Presence use .
Please note: access to our support desk is pre-authorised for relevant departmental digital staff. If you have an urgent content update contact your department's digital team. -

Website bug, failure or outage form
When filling out this form please select the applicable severity level:
- Emergency – critical production: Choose this severity if your website is down, or is suffering from extremely degraded performance.
- Emergency – production authoring emergency: Choose this severity if a bug or other issue is preventing you from publishing high-profile or important content on your website.
- Level 1 – non-critical production: Choose this severity for most general bugs or problems affecting your production website.
- Level 2 – non-production break fix: Choose this severity if you are a vendor or developer building products using the SDP platform and need help with using our development tools or hosting.
- Level 3 – non-critical help desk support: Choose this severity for minor bugs, password resets, or general questions.
