Protecting integrity: 2016 Wyndham City Council election

Local government elections, particularly those in municipalities with a high number of candidate nominations, have been a key source of complaints since the Local Government Investigations and Compliance Inspectorate was established in 2009.

The Inspectorate has published a comprehensive report into the 2016 Wyndham City Council election following its lengthy investigation
