Taking the stage will be special guest speaker, Claire Besley, who is the principle life coach and founder of Inspirited Solutions, a national wellness company. Titled ‘How to Heal Yourself’, Claire’s monologue aims to give festival goers the ability to recognise and release repressed feelings and ultimately live a better life.

Held biannually for the past 30 years, the MindBodySpirit Festival is Melbourne’s largest health and wellness event. Jam-packed with activities involving more than 200 exhibitors, free inspirational seminars and performances, body pampering, as well as some of the best-tasting health food from Melbourne’s most dedicated vendors, the festival promotes health in all senses of the word.

Located in the heart of Melbourne and just a walking distance from major public transport stations, the MindBodySpirit Festival at the MCEC is an ideal stop for urban explorers to delve into a world of mental, physical and emotional tranquillity.
