In accordance with section 36G of the Casino Control Act 1991 (Vic) the Minister for Casino, Gaming and Liquor Regulation or the Victorian Gambling and Casino Control Commission (VGCCC)(opens in a new window) may disclose the Special Manager’s reports, or anything in them, if the Minister or VGCCC considers it in the public interest to do so.
