You can also visit the famous Sunday market held in the station grounds and the railway museum, with the fully restored station building housing an interpretive display showcasing the importance of Victoria’s rail heritage.

Escape with V/Line - There's something for everyone to enjoy in regional Victoria. Check out the special events and some of our favourite attractions.
Golidlocks and the Three Bears – A fun, original musical about a golden haired girl who discovers a fascinating house in the middle of the woods. Inquisitive, and perhaps a bit clumsy, she ventures inside. Who does the house belong to? What if she is discovered? Is that yummy porridge on the table? Suitable for children 3+. Running time is 40 minutes with the opportunity to meet the characters after the show. 11-13 and 18-20 January 2018, 10am and 1pm.
Make A Scene – Drama workshops for kids and teenagers aged 5-16 that aim to help develop creativity and stagecraft skills in acting, singing, voice, dance, script work, improvisation, and movement. Each workshop runs over two days at the end of which your creatively inspired kids will put on a show for family and friends. 22-23 January 2018 (5-11 year olds); 24-25 January 2018 (12-16 year olds).
Science and engineering
3D Bizkidz - Get ready for this holiday program; 3D Minecraft Build Battle, brought to you by the 3D Bizkidz team - KW, EN, PN, KX. Compete with your friends to see who can build the best! Club Engineer - Build and program robots with Lego Mindstorms or write then play your own computer games. Club Engineer teaches tech-savvy kids, teens and young adults engineering principles through robotics and game programming. The junior program is for students from year five to year seven and prepares them for entering the Robocup Rescue competition. The middle and senior school programs are for students from year eight and beyond and teaches game programming using a variety of commercial languages and tools. All course-ware is available online for free for those who cannot make it to a face-to-face session.
e2 Young Engineers - Hands-on LEGO® Challenge workshops where students build educational motorized models like amusement park rides, aircraft, transportation vehicles, cranes etc. Through the use of exciting experiments and building originally designed LEGO® bricks models that illustrate Science and Engineering topics your child will have FUN while improving creativity, concentration, visual-spatial and social skills just to name a few. Lego kits, battery, motor with visual instructions will be provided.
Golden Gear Robotics S.T.E.A.M Laboratory - Technology adventures: kids learn to code through building and programming Lego Mindstorms and Lego Edison robots. Learn about circuits through fun & creative electronic craft activities in our mobile makerspace.

AFL Victoria Holiday Programs - The AFL Victoria School Holiday Program introduces both boys and girls who are turning 5 and turning no older than 12 in the year they register to the basic skills of Australian Football. Code Camp - Three and 4 day coding camps are multiple Melbourne school-based locations. In Little League Code Camp (Years K-1), Code Camp Spark and Ignite (Years 2-7) and Code Camp Leap (For students having mastered Spark & Ignite Camps), kids create and build their own game, learning about user design and the psychology of user experience.
