Social Housing Growth Fund – Homes for Aboriginal Victorians

Organisations seeking funding must be either:

• an Aboriginal Community Controlled Organisation who is registered or is in the process of seeking registration with the Victorian Housing Registrar. Support and assistance will be provided to Aboriginal Community Controlled Organisations with the process to becoming registered (Organisations are also eligible to apply for funding if they can demonstrate that they will meet these requirements prior to the release of grant payment).
• an Aboriginal Community Controlled Organisation in partnership with a registered Community Housing Agency under the Victorian regulatory system for community housing participating in the Victorian Housing Register, the common entry point for people seeking social housing in Victoria.

The Homes for Aboriginal Victorians funding is a key initiative to support the growth of homes for Aboriginal Victorians by 10%. All new housing projects for Aboriginal Victorian clients will be considered for funding under this initiative.

Projects submitted under Homes for Aboriginal Victorian Funding Round can be located anywhere across Victoria.
