Logging in to the CMS

• Open content.vic.gov.au in your preferred browser.
• Type the username and password to access the site.
• First time users will need to create a strong password.

Recover your password

If you have forgotten your CMS user account password, or wish to reset it for any reason, you can reset it on the second tab in the login page of the CMS.

Password reset instructions will be sent to your registered email address.

Request access to new sites or sections

To request new sites or sections be added to your existing CMS user account, you must resubmit the application form.

Access a blocked account

As a security measure, accounts not being accessed regularly will automatically be blocked. If this happens to you, reach out to us using this form.

Request cancellation of an account

Managers and team leads can request deactivation of user accounts by emailing digital@dpc.vic.gov.au.
