爲什麽兒童要多點活動
推薦5到12嵗的兒童和13到17嵗的青少年每天做60分鐘身體活動。爲了讓這個過程更容易,我們建議每天做4次身體活動,每次15分鐘。
所有活動身體、使得呼吸加快和提高心率的活動都是身體活動。身體活動能給孩子們帶來快樂和健康,還有助於他們養成終身的健康習慣。
每天活動有很多好處,包括:
