Pride in our future: Victoria’s LGBTIQ+ strategy 2022–32

In 2022, the Victorian Government released Victoria’s first whole-of-government LGBTIQ+ strategy, Pride in our future: Victoria’s LGBTIQA+ strategy 2022-32. It provides the vision and plan to create equality and inclusion for Victoria’s diverse LGBTIQA+ communities within all aspects of government work over the next decade.

Departmental Pride Networks

Many departments in the Victorian Public Service have a Pride Network or group that advocates for their LGBTIQA+ employees. Contact your HR department to find out if your organisation has one.
