Terri Patroungas of 34/597 Lower Dandenong Road, Dingley Village Victoria 3172 (also known as Dingley Caravan Park), sole proprietor of an estate in fee simple in the land described on Certificate of Title Volume 11311 Folio 578 upon which is erected a unit and known as Unit 1, 47 Greendale Road, Doncaster East Victoria 3109.
