Victoria needs more workers to provide support to people with disability. 

The way people with disability access support is changing. And so is the disability sector. There is a wider range of roles, more ways to progress in a career with a unique purpose, and more ways to make a difference in the lives of people with disability.

What is disability support work?

Disability support work involves supporting a person with disability to:

  • pursue community activities of their choice
