Specialist disability accommodation or SDA homes are homes for people with disability who have high needs. A landlord is the owner of SDA homes who makes sure that houses are safe and maintained.

Supported independent living or SIL are supports to help you to do tasks around your home. My SIL helps me to clean and cook.

Who is your landlord?

We are the Department of Families, Fairness and Housing. We are your landlords. You can talk to us about lots of different things.

You can talk to us about fixing things in your home. You can talk to us about paying rent. You can talk to us about any complaints or feedback you would like to share.
