HOW TO LOG IN AND RESET PASSWORD

This short video will show you how to log in and reset the password of your services Account of the Department of Education Online Transition Learning and Development statement, the Online TLDS.
To use the online TLDS, you will need to access the Insight Assessment platform, available from the Victorian Curriculum and Assessment Authority's website www.vcaa.vic.edu.au
Use the site's main menu to navigate to Assessment, Foundation to 10, Online Assessment, accessing the Inside Assessment platform.
From this landing page, the IAP tools and resources are accessed by each sector of education.
Below are the sector appropriate support channels and privacy and collection notice.
Select the Early Childhood button to log into the online TLDS.
All kindergartens and long day care services have been sent Online TLDS login details via their services email address as registered on the National Quality Agenda IT system.
The username is your services service approval number, including the SE and hyphen prefix.
If you cannot find this email or have trouble logging in, you can contact our Help Desk.
To reset the password, click the Lost Password drop down box, enter your Services SE number username, and click Submit.
A Password reset email will be sent to your services email as registered on the National Quality Agenda IT system.
If you do not have direct access to that mailbox, advise your colleague or director to expect the email from the address insight@linkit.com.
If you're uncertain which email address your service is registered with on the National Quality Agenda IT system, you can check the national registers on the ACECQA website for your services details.
