Work with purpose

What does working with purpose mean to you?

Um. Yeah, good question.

For me, work with purpose is about–  

[Evan] 
–feeling passionate about the work you do 

[Mark]  
choosing your job intentionally and thoughtfully 

[Mellanie]  
having an intention and working towards a goal–  

[Tom]  
–where I feel like I'm contributing to my communities, you know 

[Stephanie]  
Giving back to the community and supporting it in any way–  

[Mark]  
–that makes the most of who you are, in terms of your skills, your experiences, but also allows you to–  

[Tom]  
–connect what I do with my own goals and–  

[Stephanie]  
–values, and obviously that's going to be so different for each and every person 

[Evan]  
So that's definitely what I think working with purpose is.
