Received
Your grievance has been received by the Merit Protection Boards.
Initial Assessment
The Merit Protection Boards is making an initial assessment of your grievance application. It may seek additional information from either party, the Department or third parties.
Response sought from decision-maker
A written response to the grievance has been sought from the decision-maker.
Review
The Merit Protection Boards is reviewing all materials to determine how the matter will proceed.
Scheduled for hearing
The grievance has been scheduled for a Webex hearing, or for a hearing “on the papers” - the written submissions of the parties.
Consideration by Board
The Board is considering the grievance submissions, and potentially seek further submissions or additional information.
Determination in development
The grievance determination is being written and finalised.
