New facilities maintenance provider

A new facilities provider now services our offices.

BGIS and its BGIS Connect service order system have replaced JLL and Corrigo.

You will need to use BGIS Connect for all:

• facilities requests
• maintenance/repair requests.

This change hasn't affected your access to the office, security protocols or building safety systems.

How to contact facilities

From Wednesday 1 April, there will be two ways to contact facilities:

• use the new BGIS Connect. A link is available on the Accommodation Services page.
• for emergency and critical requests, call the facilities help desk on 1800 742 733.

To access BGIS Connect:

If you’ve logged a request in the past 12 months, you'll be automatically registered with BGIS. Just use your work credentials to log in through single sign-on.

New users need to register via the Accommodation Services page.
