My name is Angharad and I'm an illustrator. I'm at Queen Vic Market Tram stop and I've been working on a new series of paintings for the tram stops.

So the artwork was inspired by Queen Victoria Market. The idea of like slow shopping and shopping local, maybe going to the butcher for your meat or the

bakery for your bread.

The process behind the work is hand painting, which is a lot slower than like digital artwork. that was kind of inspired by the idea of like a slower process of

shopping, just like slowing everything down a bit.

I hope that people will know where they

are as soon as they get to the tram

stop, regardless of their ability to

read or if they're local or traveling.

As soon as you arrive at the stop, you

know where you are and that there's

fresh produce just around the corner.

They get to have a bit more color on

their commute to work.
