The Digital Procurement Guide provides guidance and links to Victorian Government materials to help regulators make confident decisions about buying IT regardless of their size or digital maturity. It is informed by actual regulatory experience and focuses on best practice digital procurement processes for agencies governed by the Victorian goods and services procurement policies guidelines.
The guide includes:

How this tool can help
The Digital Procurement Guide can help regulators:
- assess how their target capabilities can be achieved through digital uplift
- select a feasible procurement approach based on regulator resourcing capacity.
This will lead to better procurement outcomes saving regulators money and delivering better IT products.
