Victoria's Portable Rental Bond Scheme (PRBS) will offer a valuable service to eligible renters by allowing them to transfer their existing rental bond to a new property.

This will ease the financial strain of double bonds when moving.

The Department of Government Services is now seeking feedback on the proposed Regulations to ensure the Portable Rental Bond Scheme is fair, sustainable and a win-win for renters and rental providers.
