‘Homegrown: Music From Here’ is a new professional development and showcase program supporting the next generation of local musicians.
Six artists will be selected to participate in an exclusive music industry workshop on 1 September before taking to the stage in a live public showcase on 20 September.
Burrinja invites emerging musicians aged 12–25 from the Dandenong Ranges or surrounding communities to develop skills, connect with industry professionals and perform live at Burrinja.
Talented young musicians will perform live in an evening celebrating original music, fresh voices and the future of the local music scene.
