Funding is available for two objectives in this EOI:
- to help a leading Indian community organisation in Melbourne's south-east to develop, build and manage a centre where members can gather and celebrate cultural traditions and build connections
- for a suitable organisation to undertake the fit out and operation of an Indian Community Centre being constructed as a part of the Revitalising Central Dandenong precinct. No funding is available for this second objective. Instead, a successful application for this objective means you will be offered the opportunity to fit out and then to purchase or to lease the planned community centre.
