FRV’s result for this measure in Q1 in 2025–26 represents the 20th consecutive quarter where the benchmark of 90% has not been met. The Q1 2025–26 result of 87.43% was a 0.87% decrease on the Q4 2024–25 result of 88.20%.
Q1 of 2020–21 was the last quarter when this benchmark was achieved (indicated in red in Figure 5).
