• Written reference from nominees’ employer, host employer, teacher or trainer, or principal.
• Signed declaration by the nominee’s employer or training provider’s (see note).
• Photo of nominee.

Notes

The employer/training provider declaration is an acknowledgement from the nominee’s employer or training provider that they are aware of the nomination and approve of any time off for activities related to the Victorian Training Awards e.g. finalist interviews, gala ceremony, professional development workshops etc.

Notes

A school declaration is an acknowledgment from the principal of the nominee’s school that they are aware of the nomination and approve of any absence for activities related to the Victorian Training Awards e.g. finalist interviews, gala ceremony, professional development workshops etc.

• Up to 5 relevant photographs showcasing the organisation or initiative.
• Signed business endorsement by the CEO/MD of the nominating organisation (see note).
• Full colour logo (EPS format).

Notes

A business endorsement is an acknowledgment from the CEO/MD of the nominating organisation, that they endorse the nomination submitted on behalf of the organisation.
