Circular Economy Facilitation Service

We are here to help you find the right advice, develop projects, build partnerships and navigate government to grow Victoria’s circular economy.

The Circular Economy Facilitation Service (CEFS) is a specialist advisory and facilitation service for circular economy opportunities in Victoria. Circular approaches can help organisations improve resource use, reduce costs, and diversify supply chains and partnerships. We support businesses, investors, councils, government agencies, community groups and other organisations to identify and progress circular economy initiatives.

We provide practical guidance, market insights and early project-development support. We also build industry capability and strengthen collaboration across sectors and supply chains. We can help you navigate government, identify relevant funding pathways and connect with appropriate programs, specialists, industry networks and potential project partners.

Victoria's plan for a circular economy

Our circular economy plan, Recycling Victoria: A new economy, steps out the systemic change that’s needed to cut waste and boost recycling and reuse of our precious resources. This is our plan for a cleaner, greener Victoria with less waste and pollution, more jobs and a sustainable and thriving circular economy.
