- Visit the VicEmergency website
- Visit an Emergency Relief Centre near you, if open. You can check if one is open near you on the VicEmergency website
- Call your local council or visit its website. If you aren’t sure which is your local council, visit: Know Your Council
- Call the Emergency Recovery Hotline on 1800 560 760.
