Regional Request for Proposal
Homes Victoria is seeking proposals from landowners and developers to purchase a range of new or in-progress residential dwellings as well as developable land to support the delivery of new social and affordable housing in regional Victoria by the end of 2023.
What are we aiming to achieve?
We aim to deliver significant regional investment and increase the availability of social and affordable housing in regional Victoria.
Who can submit a proposal?
Request for Proposal (RFP) participants can include any sized developer, including registered builders, developers and product marketers who can transact on behalf of a developer or property owner.
How can you find out more?
Interested parties were invited to an online briefing on Thursday 16 September. Hosted by Homes Victoria, participants were able to gain an understanding of the requirements and ask any questions.
