Draft interim purpose statement
The Board discussed the proposed changes to the interim purpose statement from the Lived Experiences Advisory Panel (LEAP). The Board approved the proposed wording, subject to minor amendments.
Research and strategy development
The Board approved the workplan for the development of the research strategy and strategic plan. The Board also approved the proposed research themes.
Delegation amendments
The Board approved the revised delegation instruments and the Chair signing those instruments on behalf of the Board in accordance with section 5 of the Board Charter.
Co-CEO recruitment
The Board noted that Co-CEO recruitment process would commence the week of 12 June 2023.
