Strategic plan
The Board discussed the development of the first three-year strategic plan.
Research strategy
The Board discussed the proposed approach to the development of the Collaborative Centre’s research strategy. This included initial areas of focus.
Lived experience framework
The Board discussed the proposed approach to designing the Collaborative Centre’s Lived Experience Framework. This will outline how people with diverse lived experiences, including both consumer and family/carer/supporter perspectives, will be partners in all of the Collaborative Centre’s performance priorities.
