Delegations of authority
The Board approved the following three instruments of delegation:
- Delegations under the Victorian Collaborative Centre for Mental Health and Wellbeing Act 2021
- Delegations under the Financial Management Act 1994- Standing Directions 2018 of the Minister for Finance
- Delegations under the Public Administration Act 2004
Developmental evaluation
The Board approved a proposal for the developmental evaluation of the establishment of the Collaborative Centre. The outcomes will facilitate continuous learning and support a formative evaluation of the Centre's implementation.
Research roles
The Board considered a proposal to build establishment team capability and capacity in research. This has been identified as a gap in the current composition of the team.
The Board approved the following roles:
- Director, Research Strategy for a fixed term of 12 months from commencement
- Senior Project Officer, Establishment Team for a fixed term of 12 months from commencement
