A broad range of actions that deliver on Victoria's Bushfire Management Strategy

Victoria’s Bushfire Management Snapshot provides an overview of how Victoria’s land and fire agencies work together to manage bushfire risk.

The Snapshot provides information on bushfire management delivery and outcomes across public and private land in Victoria for the 2024–25 financial year, as well as key preparedness statistics leading into the 2025–26 bushfire season.

The Snapshot is part one of a new two-part annual reporting approach to track progress against Victoria’s Bushfire Management Strategy. A comprehensive report card – for release in 2026 – will provide an assessment of progress towards the outcomes the Strategy.
