  Figure 4 provides FRV’s quarterly result for the percentage of response to structure fire incidents within 7.7 minutes. FRV did not meet its target (90%) for the eighteenth consecutive quarter, recording a result of 86.4%. FRV last met this target in quarter 1 2020-21.

  The percentage of response to structure fire incidents within 7.7 minutes in quarter 1 2020-21 and from quarter 1 2023-24 to quarter 3 2024-25 is below:

  • 91% in Q1 2020-21 against a 90% target
  • 84.72% in Q1 2023-24 against a 90% target
  • 87.29% in Q3 2023-24 against a 90% target
  • 83.66% in Q3 2023-24 against a 90% target
