Publication of good practice guide on ending a tenancy policy

This guide has been developed in consultation with CHIA Vic and compliments the Housing Registrar’s guidance note requiring registered agencies to publish their policies relating to the provision of tenancy management and rent setting online (issued on 11 February 2019).

We expect that registered agencies will utilise this good practice guide to ensure compliance with Performance Standards and identify opportunities for better practice (where applicable).
