The Sector Performance Report provides detailed analysis of the community housing sector’s performance, including financial and non-financial indicators.
The report is compiled from regulatory reporting received in 2020 and 2021 as part of annual compliance and performance assessments.
Due to the impacts of coronavirus (COVID-19) on the community housing sector, regulatory reporting for this reported financial year, and subsequent assessments and public reporting, were delayed.
We will be presenting highlights from the Sector Performance Report and answering questions at the Housing Registrar’s Annual Forum on 2 September 2021 (which will be delivered remotely).
